Foodie hero and TV presenter Gregg Wallace follows the production of the famous snacks and investigates what makes a Cornish pasty well, Cornish, while co-presenter Cherry Healey met up with Holsworthy plant manager Dave Atkins to learn more about transforming food waste into electricity. Holsworthy produces 70MWhr per day - enough to power 6,000 homes.
“We were delighted to welcome Cherry and the team to the site for filming; she was very interested in the process and it was a pleasure showing her around,” says Dave.
